chrysacola is a solid sintered blue chrysacola. Note the close up
of the sintered formation. The large size, unusual shape and bright
color combine in an eye catching display specimen. 4 pound, 16 ounce,
7 by 5 by 3 1/2 inch thick solid blue chrysacola from Sothern District
of Congo. The natural specimen has a polished appearance. There
is a small amount of soft blue copper gossan that is on top of the
chrysacola and could be removed(lower right of first photo). |
