Slender transparent needle crystals of mimite in yellow and and white crystals compose this rare mineral specimen from Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. Mimite is lead chloroarsenate formed in the weathered zone of lead ore deposits. The mimite specimen is 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/4 inches by 1 1/4 inch. Because of the arsenate content this specimen is better suited for laboratory research in a controled environment, than as a collectable. FREE SHIPPING on this Item!
